DELIVERY OPTIONS

For your convenience, we offer shipping through DHL and UPS. When you check out, you'll have the flexibility to select the shipping option that best fits your needs.

DELIVERY TIME

Please allow us 1 to 2 business days to carefully prepare your shipment. As soon as your order is on its way, we will provide you with a tracking number, keeping you updated on its progress.

The estimated delivery time varies depending on your location and the carrier you select. Please note, while we strive to meet these timelines, shipping delays can occur and are beyond our control.

We strive to estimate delivery times as accurately as possible, but please keep in mind these are just estimates. While we can't guarantee exact delivery dates, we're dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly as we can.

For orders within the United States, we utilize UPS, offering you a range of services to suit your timeline. For orders outside the United States, both DHL and UPS are our partners in ensuring your package reaches you. Do be aware that international shipments may encounter customs delays.

SHIPPING ADJUSTMENTS

Occasionally, we may substitute the shipping service you selected with another provider to match the delivery times you expect. This ensures your order arrives in a timely manner.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

If you need to cancel your order or update your delivery address, please contact us via email within 1 hour of placing your order. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request, provided your order hasn’t already been shipped. If the order has been dispatched, you may have the option to update the delivery address directly with the carrier, depending on your location.

Please be aware that payment processing fees will be deducted from any refunds for cancelled orders. These fees vary by provider, detailed in the 'PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES' section below.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

We insure all shipments for their full value. Deliveries may require a signature upon arrival. Once the package is signed for, responsibility for its condition transfers to you. If you notice any damage upon delivery, please report it to the courier immediately without opening the package.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Duties may apply depending on your country of destination. For US shipments, all duties are prepaid. However, for international shipments, please check with your local customs office regarding potential fees. Should a package be returned due to unpaid duties or refusal, the associated costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that our commercial invoices reflect the actual purchase price and cannot be altered.

RETURN POLICY

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? We're here to help. You can initiate a return by emailing us at office@brandimex.com within 3 days of receiving your package, excluding shipping and payment processing fees.

To ensure a smooth return process:

  1. Items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all tags attached.
  2. Please use the original packaging for returns. If the packaging is damaged, contact us for assistance before returning the item.

We kindly remind you that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the safety of the returned item is in your hands until we receive it. For a secure return, use a shipping method with tracking. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

REFUND TIMELINE

Upon receiving and approving your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, excluding shipping and payment processing fees. The actual reflection of the refund in your account may vary depending on your bank.

PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES

Our payment providers retain their fees on refunds. Therefore, we deduct these fees from your refund amount. The fees range from approximately 2.7% to 5.7% for card transactions and 5.7% to 6.9% for Shop Pay, Installments, or Affirm. We'll calculate and inform you of the exact fee amount after processing your return or cancellation request.
